Privacy

What we store

Your wallet address, because it is your account. The transaction signature of each payment, because that is the receipt. The IPv4 addresses and ports you register for delivery, because that is the service. Timestamps for all of the above.

That is the complete list.

What we do not collect

No email address is required. No name, no phone number, no identity document, no KYC. We do not run third-party analytics, we do not set advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share anything with data brokers.

We never ask for a private key or seed phrase, and no legitimate message from us ever will.

How authentication works

You prove ownership of your wallet by signing a short off-chain message. That signature is verified once and discarded; we store a session cookie, not the signature. The message never authorises a transaction and cannot move funds.

The session cookie is HTTP-only and lasts seven days. Signing out deletes it.

The IP addresses you give us

Delivery destinations are operational data: they exist so our proxies know where to send packets. They are visible to our operators for provisioning and support, and are not shared with anyone else.

Delete a destination in your dashboard and it is removed from our database and from the proxy configuration on the next sync.

On-chain data

Payments are public by nature. Anyone can see the transfer between your wallet and our treasury address on any Solana explorer. That is a property of the blockchain, not a choice we made, and it applies to every on-chain payment you have ever sent.

Retention

Payment records are kept as long as we operate, for accounting and dispute resolution. Delivery destinations are kept while registered. Sign-in challenges are deleted within minutes of use.
