Terms of Service
Last updated August 9, 2026
1. What the service is
ShredStream forwards raw Solana shreds over UDP from proxies we operate in New York and Frankfurt to an IPv4 socket you nominate. We deliver packets. We do not interpret them, guarantee their contents, or provide trading advice of any kind.
The service is infrastructure. What you build on it, and every consequence of that, is yours.
2. Subscriptions and payment
Access is prepaid in SOL for a fixed term at 0.3 SOL per day, with the discounts shown on the pricing page. Payment is a single on-chain transfer from a wallet you control to the treasury address published at checkout.
Your term begins when the transfer confirms on-chain, not when delivery to your socket starts. Buying additional time while a term is running extends it — terms stack rather than overlap.
There is no auto-renew, no stored payment method, and no invoice. When a term ends, delivery stops.
3. Provisioning
After payment you supply the public IPv4 address and UDP port you want shreds delivered to. We whitelist that socket on the regional proxies, which usually takes a few minutes but is a manual operation and is not instantaneous.
You are responsible for the receiving server: its firewall, its bandwidth, its receive buffers, and its ability to keep up with the stream. Packets we send to a socket that is closed, saturated, or misconfigured are considered delivered.
4. Refunds
Terms are non-refundable once delivery has begun. The 24-hour plan exists so you can measure the service against your own infrastructure before committing to a longer term.
If we fail to deliver for a sustained period due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will extend your term to compensate. That extension is the sole remedy.
5. Acceptable use
Your subscription covers delivery to the destinations registered on your account, up to your plan's limit. Re-broadcasting, reselling, proxying or otherwise redistributing the feed to third parties is not permitted and will result in termination without refund.
Do not attempt to interfere with our proxies, other subscribers' delivery, or the Solana network itself.
6. No warranty
The service is provided as-is. UDP is a lossy transport by design and we do not warrant that every shred will arrive, that latency figures published on this site will be reproduced on your infrastructure, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Latency and uptime numbers shown on this site are indicative measurements from our own environment. Your results depend on your network path, your hardware, and your code.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the term in which the claim arose.
We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, liquidations, or any indirect or consequential loss. On-chain trading carries risk of total loss and that risk is entirely yours.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate delivery for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by simply not renewing; there is nothing to cancel.
9. Independence
ShredStream is an independent operator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Solana Labs, the Solana Foundation, Jito Labs, or any validator operator.
